This Privacy Policy explains how Thrive DigiLabs (“we”, “us”) handles information in the Timber CFT Calculator Android application (package com.thrivedigilabs.timbercft). By using the app you agree to the practices described below.

Summary

Timber CFT Calculator is a measurement tool for timber traders. Your measurement data (logs, lots, girths, lengths, rates, party names and calculated volumes) is stored on your own device and, if you enable it, in your own Google Drive backup. We do not upload, read, sell or share your business measurement data.

Information we collect

1. Account information. To sign in and manage your subscription we use Firebase Authentication (email & password, or Google Sign-In). On our server we store only:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your subscription tier and its start / renewal / expiry dates
• Your phone model and a device identifier (to enforce our single-device licence)
• Two aggregate usage counts: lots created and rows created
• Approximate city, region and country derived from the connection to our account service. We do not request GPS or precise location.

We do not store your actual timber measurements, customer data, or business records on our servers.

2. On-device data. Your measurements and settings are stored locally on your phone. They stay on your device unless you choose to back them up to your own Google Drive.

3. Google Drive backup (optional). If you enable backup, the app saves a copy of your data to the private app-data folder of your own Google Drive account. It is protected by your Google account and accessible through the app. Thrive DigiLabs does not receive your Drive credentials or a copy of the backup.

4. Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and banking details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store your full payment credentials. See Razorpay’s Privacy Policy.

How we use information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in
• To activate, renew and enforce your subscription and device licence
• To provide customer support and prevent abuse or piracy
• To comply with legal and tax obligations

Permissions the app uses

• Internet / network — sign-in, subscription checks, and optional Drive backup
• Google account (Drive app-data) — only your own private backup folder, if you enable backup

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited account data only with the service providers that run the app:

• Google / Firebase — authentication and, if enabled, Drive backup
• Supabase — stores the account & subscription records listed above
• Razorpay — payment processing

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account record for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated server records at any time by emailing us (see below). Deleting the app also removes all locally stored data from your device. Your Google Drive backup remains in your own Drive until you delete it.

Children

Timber CFT is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
